Welcome to A Giant’s Early Learning Center (ELC)! We are excited to partner with you in nurturing your child’s development through engaging, high-quality early education and care. As you prepare for your child to begin their journey with us, we want to ensure the enrollment process is smooth and compliant with Maryland state child care regulations.

All Child Care parents and guardians are REQUIRED to provide all required admission forms prior to their child attending the program. Maryland child care regulations require us, as your licensed child care provider, to maintain these documents on file for each child while enrolled in our program.
